How We Price
OUR BASE FARE INCLUDES
The prices that you see on our website are per vehicle type (not per person). Fuel, tolls, parking, taxes and all airport fees are always included in our base rates and are never added as a surcharge.
WHAT CAN BE ADDED TO THE ABOVE BASE FARE?
Extra Early & Extra Late pickups
A total of $15 is added for pickup times between 4:00AM and 4:59AM
(Pickups for 5:00AM and later are no added charge)
A total of $20 is added for pickup times between 3:00AM and 3:59AM
A total of $25 is added for pickup times between 2:00AM and 2:59AM
(Yes, belive it or not we have them)
A total of $15 is added for pickup times after midnight.
100% of this premium goes to the drivers.
$10 is added for each extra pickups / extra drop offs. Example: Two passengers are picked up at different addresses. $10 would be added for the second pickup and the base fare is calculated from the farthest pickup address.
$35 is added for holiday pickups: Our holidays are: Thanksgiving day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years day, Easter and 4th of July. 100% of the holiday premium goes to our drivers.
GRATUITIES (TIPS) FOR THE DRIVER...ARE ADDED TO OUR BASE FARE SHOWN IN THE RATE TABLES
Gratuity is not included and is added to the prices shown in the table. When you get your booking you will see that we have added a suggested gratuity of 20% of the fare. IMPORTANT: You will not be charged for your trip until after you travel with us. After you travel with us you will have full discretion in determining the amount of the tip you wish to give the driver and the manner in which you choose to give it. You can pay the driver in cash or can have your gratuity added to your credit card payment. If you choose to give something other than 20% and plan to have it added to your credit card please just call us, after your ride, with the amount or percentage you prefer to give. You will then be charged accordingly.
DISCOUNTS
- We offer a 5% discount for active military personnel and for full time students (ID Required).

FREQUENT RIDER PROGRAM:
Every 10th ride is free. A ride is a one-way segment. As an example, a two way service to the airport counts for two (2) rides. A round trip visit to a Boston Hospital counts for two (2) rides. The "free ride" is also one segment ... As an example: A one way service to the airport. IMPORTANT: This program only applies to full fare bookings. All discounted bookings, corporate discounted bookings are not included in the "frequent rider" program.
PRICE + 5% GUARANTEE:
We will match any competitor's price plus an additional 5%. This only applies to legitimate service providers that are properly insured and incorporated ... We do not compete against Uncle Henry and his un-insured vehicle.
