IMPORTANT: Once you complete your booking you will receive an immediate booking confirmation via e-mail. If you do not receive this please call us at once at 1.866.934.6476

SUGGESTED PICK UP TIME: You will receive a suggested pick up time when you book your ride. These are calculated from your exact pick up location and are very "safe" and allow for traffic considerations. In other words, you will always make your flight. If you are a frequent traveler, have priority check-in privileges, and feel your suggested pick up time is too early, simply put your preferred (later) pick up time in the "Other Information" box during the booking process. If you want to be picked up earlier than your suggested pick up time please click on the suggested pick up time “drop down box” and select an earlier pick up time. The earlier times are in 30 minute increments.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE (IE; YOU ARE AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT): Please fill out the form as though you ARE the primary traveler. The name you fill in when you are booking should be the name of the primary traveler, along with their contact information. If you are an administrative assistant and you want to receive the confirmation please put your e-mail address in the e-mail box. You can also add additional contact information in the "Other Information" text block.

POINT-TO-POINT TRIPS: Please select “point-to-point” during the booking process. Please use this for trips other than to/from airports or Amtrak. Examples could include visiting a friend, going to a city hotel, medical facility, etc. You can go to/from any state, any city, any address. We calculate the mileage and travel time (you will see that when you book) and then calculate your price. Please use P-T-P (point to point) if most of your rental time is travel (moving) time.

HOURLY RESERVATIONS: Please select “hourly rentals” during the booking process. If the majority of your rental time is stationary (not moving) you should book using the Hourly rentals. Good examples would include: Night on the town, proms, weddings, concerts, progressive dining, wine tours, etc.

DRIVER GRATUITY: We have built a suggested 20% gratuity for your driver into the booking feature. If you want to give your driver something other than 20% simply state you intentions in the "Other Information" text box. You can put in a percentage (other than 20%) or you can put in a dollar value.
IMPORTANT NOTE: No charges are processed until after your service is provided. If your driver was extraordinary (or otherwise) you can call us after your trip and say ..."Jonathan was extraordinary, we would like to add a 30% gratuity to our fare for his service". We will be happy to do this and it will be reflected on the final receipt we send you.

PAYMENT NOTES: If you are paying by credit card you will have the option in the payments section to either add the driver gratuity to your credit card or pay the gratuity to your driver in cash. If we already have your credit card on file simply select "card on file" as your payment option. We will not process any charges until after the service is provided.

MEET AND GREET OPTION (ADDITIONAL COST): Massport regulations do not allow drivers to leave their vehicles. In some instances you may require additional assistance. Examples could include help with luggage or physical assistance, or assisting small children into the airport and helping them with the check-in process. We refer to these services as "meet & greet". They are optional and can be selected during the booking process.
