IN-VEHICLE WI-FI     (no additional charge)
Our vehicles are now equipped with Wi-Fi... Yes, mobile "hot spots".   We are the first private livery service
in New England to be using WAAV wireless 12 volt mobile technology.  WAAV is the world leader in in-vehicle
Wi-Fi, they are conveniently based in Cambridge, Ma.  Open your laptop (even if your laptop isn't wireless),
simply log on to our in-vehicle network and send/receive e-mails, surf the Internet, check your flight status,
and more.  Stay connected...stay productive...go green...go wireless!

BOOKINGS   
We require a credit card to hold your reservation when you book our shuttle service.  We do not charge
your card until service is provided.  We only ask that if your plans change that you notify us (e-mail or
phone) right away so that we can free up that vehicle capacity.  We encourage you to book our service when
you book the rest of your travel; You will "lock in" the price when you book.  If prices should increase (IE;
fuel) you will not be charged the increased fare.  Early booking will also ensure vehicle availability.

CHANGES
Life is full of uncertainty and you shouldn't be penalized for it.  We do not charge for changes in your plans.
Please just let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust our schedules accordingly.

CANCELLATION FEES
As long as we receive your cancellation 6 hours before your scheduled flight arrival time no cancellation
fees will be charged.  If you cancel 3-6 hours before your scheduled flight arrival time we will charge 50% of
your fare.  If you call less than 3 hours before your flight arrival time or "no call & no show" we will charge
the full fare.

CONFIRMATIONS
If you book over one (1) week in advance we will e-mail (or USPS if requested) you a travel confirmation.  
Please check it carefully for accuracy and let us know if there are any corrections.  We will also give you a
confirmation phone call the day before your travel.  


MULTIPLE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFFS
We charge  $10 for each additional pickup and drop-off.  If the added travel distance due to multiple pick-up
and drop-off is more than 10 miles we then charge $2.00/mile for the extra travel distance.  If the multiple
pick-ups / drop-offs are in different towns the fare will be based upon the highest fare town.

PAYMENTS
Unless instructed otherwise by you we will charge your credit card at the completion of each travel
segment.  You always have the option of paying by cash or personal check.  We will also add the gratuity/tip
for your driver of 20% to your credit card payment unless instructed otherwise.  I.E:  You choose to pay your
driver in cash.  Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, personal
checks or cash.

DRIVER GRATUITIES    (NOTE:  RATES SHOWN IN THE TABLE DO NOT INCLUDE DRIVER GRATUITY)
We believe our drivers are the best in the business.  They work very hard to make your travel experience
safe and enjoyable.  They will always go the extra mile for your convenience.  Gratuities are paid to the
driver commensurate with and in appreciation of their service.  A nominal gratuity is typically 20%.  
If a gratuity is not paid directly to your driver we will assume, as noted above,  that you wish to have the
gratuity added to your credit card payment.

A FEW OTHER ODDS AND ENDS ......
We are members of the Better Business Bureau, Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, the Falmouth Chamber of
Commerce and the Cape Cod Canal area Chamber of Commerce.  We are also members of the Massport
ground transportation services & NELA (New England Livery Association)  We are fully licensed, abundantly
insured and bonded.  

Our service is 24/7 and very early departures/arrivals and very late departures/arrivals are one of our
specialties.

We use wireless on-board laptops and cell phones to monitor your flights; if your flight is delayed we will
know it (no need to call us).  
We will always be there when you arrive.  You only need to call us if you should
change your flight number or should be re-booked onto a different flight.

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS
We offer excellent discounts for corporate customers.  We also offer flexible billing and reporting that can
be tailored to your company's financial system requirements.
